III. Pricing

The prices of products listed on austarpharma.com.vn are final selling prices including Value Added Tax (VAT).
Product prices may change depending on the timing and accompanying promotional programs.
Shipping fees and/or order processing fees (if any) will be applied additionally and clearly displayed at the checkout page when customers place orders. We always strive to ensure that all information and prices displayed are accurate for each product.
However, there may be occasional errors or inaccuracies due to objective factors. If any pricing errors are detected, the system will automatically cancel the order, send an email and SMS to notify the customer, and immediately process a refund (if the order has been prepaid).

IV. Promotions

With the aim of bringing benefits to end consumers, AUSTAR PHARMA will organize promotional programs. The rules of each promotional program will be updated on austarpharma.com.vn according to each period and may be adjusted to comply with relevant legal regulations.
AUSTAR PHARMA reserves the right to reject orders that do not meet the above conditions without obligation to inform the customer. Therefore, customers are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each promotional program at the time of ordering.

V. Policy on Counterfeit products, Low-quality products

AUSTAR PHARMA aims to provide the best goods and services to customers through products sold on the website and refuses to sell products that violate the regulations of Vietnamese law (including but not limited to illegal production, counterfeit goods, counterfeit goods, unclear origins).
In case the product received by the customer does not match the description in the product information section on austarpharma.com.vn, the customer can inform the seller or Customer Support Department as soon as possible upon receiving the goods and ensure that the product is unused to be supported for exchange. VI. Order placement and Oder confirmation

The delivery address and/or billing address provided by customers during the ordering process cannot be changed after the order request has been received by AUSTAR PHARMA. To change this information, customers need to cancel the current order and place a new order with updated and accurate information.
In the event that the customer enters incorrect information when logging in and/or paying or any other information that leads to non-performance and/or transaction interruption, AUSTAR PHARMA has the right to refuse to perform the transaction without being responsible for canceling the order.
In cases where the customer contacts AUSTAR PHARMA or AUSTAR PHARMA contacts the customer to confirm the order for any reason (including but not limited to, high-value orders, orders with signs of counterfeiting or fraud), and the customer cannot respond and/or verify the necessary information as requested by us, AUSTAR PHARMA reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the order in this case.

VII. Delivery areas

For products distributed directly by AUSTAR PHARMA, we provide nationwide delivery except for some delivery areas that are clearly indicated in the product information section. AUSTAR PHARMA will always try to deliver the product to customers’ doorsteps whenever possible.
However, depending on the delivery location, we may or may not be able to deliver the product to customers’ doorsteps due to differences in the management policies of each location (such as apartments/condominiums or office buildings). In these cases, customers are requested to support by receiving the goods at the ground floor/lobby.

VIII. Payment Methods

Customers can pay for orders to AUSTAR PHARMA Co., Ltd. using the following methods:

Cash on delivery (COD): We will call back to request the customer’s delivery address and receive payment on the spot.
Payment by bank card: Accept payments from various brands and types of cards including ATM cards, Visa, MasterCard, etc.
Prepayment transfer: Customers can choose to prepay to the account of AUSTAR PHARMA Company:

Normally, customers can choose one of the above payment methods when placing an order. However, for orders with a value of VND 50,000,000 (Fifty Million Vietnamese Dong) or more, customers can only purchase online payment methods to ensure safety during the payment process.

IX. Secure Payment

All customers participating in transactions at austarpharma.com.vn via credit/debit cards/domestic ATM cards are secured with encryption. In addition, when making payments online, customers should note the following details:

Only make payments on websites, applications with secure system certificates.
Absolutely do not lend credit cards or accounts to others to make payments on platforms; in case of unintended transactions, customers are requested to immediately inform austarpharma.com.vn so that we can provide timely support.
Regularly check your bank account to ensure that all transactions via cards are within control.

X. Transaction Cancellation

If a transaction cancellation request is made before the order is transferred to the status of “packed and being delivered to the delivery partner”, customers can log in to their account on the website/select the Order Management section and click on the “CANCEL ORDER” button while performing the necessary steps according to the instructions or contact the Customer Support Department here for assistance (in case customers purchase on platforms without logging in to their accounts).
If a transaction cancellation request is made after the order has been transferred to the status of “packed and being delivered to the delivery partner”, customers can only cancel the order by refusing to receive the goods when the order is delivered.

XI. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes, complaints, or disputes arising from or related to transactions on the website will be resolved in accordance with Vietnamese law.

XII. Privacy Policy

AUSTAR PHARMA places great importance on the security of information and utilizes the best measures to protect the information and payment of our customers.
