➢ POLICIES AND BENEFITS
What you need to know to become a Distributor or CTV of AUSTAR PHARMA:
I. Purchase discount
- Based on the committed quarterly sales volume, Distributors will participate in a discount program on the purchase volume exclusively for Distributors of the Distributor.
- Upon reaching the committed purchase volume, Distributors will enjoy the agreed-upon discount rate from the beginning of the quarter.
- This discount policy is independent and carried out concurrently with other support or business promotion programs from the Manufacturer/Distributor to the Distributor.
II. Price policy, price protection
1. Purchase price
- Based on the purchase results and other cooperation commitments, Distributors will enjoy the price policies for corresponding distributor levels.
- The price policy is designed to ensure competitiveness and maximum profit for Distributors in the market.
2. Selling price
- In case the Manufacturer/Distributor reduces the selling price, Distributors are protected in terms of price for the same items according to the quantity of stock, item codes verified within 30 days from the date of price reduction notification.
- In case the Manufacturer/Distributor increases the selling price, Distributors are notified in advance, at least 45 and up to a maximum of 60 days, to arrange suitable stock import policies.
3. Customer protection for Distributors:
- Distributors are encouraged to expand the market to increase customer base and become exclusive large Distributors in planned areas within the system.
- Distributors are assigned Distributor codes, which Distributors will provide to their customers so that when Distributors’ customers directly contact the Distributor, the Distributor will request the code. If the customer code belongs to any distributor, the Distributor will be transferred to that Distributor.
- In case retail customers directly contact the Distributor, the Distributor will be introduced by the Distributor to the Distributor’s area where the customer resides.
- The Distributor ensures development rights at new locations for at least 3 months and up to a maximum of 6 months across the distribution channel.
III. Principles and debt contracts
1. Principles contract
After both parties sign the Principles contract, the Distributor will be included in the Distributor’s preferential list and enjoy the policies for the Distributor of the Distributor.
2. Purchase debt
- The Distributor pays 100% before delivery.
- Based on cooperation results and payment history, the Distributor will enjoy better credit policy discounts, debts.
- In case the Distributor establishes a bank guarantee for a term of 1 year with an amount depending on the business needs and financial capacity of the distributor. Based on that, the distributor will be entitled to a credit limit of 40% to 70% with a maximum credit term of 30 days.
IV. PR – Marketing support
- Distributors and CTVs are supported with catalogs, leaflets, banners, etc., according to programs from the Distributor and AUSTAR PHARMA. Information about Distributors will be advertised alongside the distributor on public media and AUSTAR PHARMA’s website.
- Distributors participate in all promotional and sales promotion programs of the Manufacturer/Distributor.
- Distributors are issued certificates as official distributors of the Manufacturer and Distributor.
- Distributors are updated with information on prices, product information, policies of the manufacturer and distributor, marketing programs, sales promotion materials.
