➢ Delivery Policy
I. Delivery Fee and Time
- For customers in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) and nearby areas:
- AUSTAR PHARMA will deliver products to customers’ homes and provide free instructions.
- For available orders, we will deliver to you within 24 hours.
- For customers in other provinces:
- We will deliver to your doorstep using EMS express delivery service.
- Free delivery: Customers will enjoy nationwide free shipping for orders valued at 600,000 VND or more.
- Fee-based delivery: For orders valued less than 600,000 VND, please bear the shipping fee. This shipping fee is calculated based on the policy of the delivery service provider (Viettel post, Giao hàng tiết kiệm…).
- Goods will be delivered within 48 hours after the salesperson confirms the order with you.
- The delivery fee (if applicable) will be displayed in your order.
II. Key Points in AUSTAR PHARMA’s delivery policy
- Please contact the Customer Service Department to schedule delivery times.
- The delivery department of Trung Son Pharma will contact you before delivery.
- In case the first delivery attempt fails, AUSTAR PHARMA will contact you again to arrange a second delivery. If AUSTAR PHARMA cannot contact you and the delivery department fails to deliver for the third time, the order will be canceled.
➢ Receiving Policy
- Upon receiving the goods, you are responsible for inspecting them.
- Please immediately inform the delivery personnel if there are any damages, scratches, breakages, or deformities during transportation.
