Before receiving and making payment, customers are entitled to inspect the products. Product trials are not supported.

  • Customers are kindly requested to open the package to ensure that the order matches the model, quantity, and specifications as placed. Testing or trying out the products is not permitted.
  • Customers have the right to inspect the goods upon delivery. If any damage, scratches, breakage, dents, or incorrect items are detected, customers must document the condition with the delivery personnel and immediately contact the Customer Care Department via the company hotline.
  • Once the customer has signed for the receipt of goods without noting any issues, the company will not be responsible for any future requests for exchanges or returns due to damage, scratches, breakage, dents, incorrect items, etc.
  • If the customer chooses and arranges the transportation service, the customer assumes full responsibility for the goods and any associated risks such as loss or damage during the transportation from the company’s warehouse to the customer. Customers are also responsible for all shipping costs and related losses.
  • After agreeing to the delivered item, customers are required to make payment to the delivery personnel (for COD orders) and receive the goods.

Important Notes:

  1. During the inspection process, delivery personnel must allow customers to check the contents of the package. If the personnel refuse to let customers inspect the goods, customers are encouraged to contact Austar Pharma via hotline: 1900 966 989 for immediate support.
  2. Customers should avoid using sharp objects to open the package to prevent damage to the product inside. Austar Pharma cannot process exchanges or returns for products damaged due to customer handling.
