Return Regulations
Products for exchange/return must adhere to the following principles:
I. Applicable Conditions:
- Ensure the product is sourced directly from AUSTAR PHARMA.
- Products with manufacturing defects (color alteration, inconsistent color, crumbled powder in tablet products, etc.) or during transportation.
II. Specifics:
- Regarding Time:
- The exchange/return period is not more than 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Regarding Source:
- Must retain the bill.
- In the absence of a bill, the product must retain the pharmacy label.
- Regarding Quality and Perception:
- The product must retain the lot number and expiration date on the box/bottle.
- The product must be unused.
- Packaging, bottles, boxes, etc., must maintain their original appearance without fading.
Method of Product Exchange and Refund Procedure
If your order or product falls within the above cases, AUSTAR PHARMA may assist you:
I. Exchange:
Please contact the phone number of the purchasing consultant or the feedback hotline 1900 966 989. The Customer Care Department will receive your product exchange request and guide you through the detailed procedure. Requests will be resolved on the same day upon receiving the information, up to a maximum of 2 days.
II. Return:
Please contact the phone number of the purchasing consultant or the feedback hotline 1900 966 989. The Customer Care Department will receive your product return request and guide you through the detailed procedure. Requests will be resolved on the same day upon receiving the information, up to a maximum of 2 days.
III. Refund:
To receive a refund, customers have 2 options:
- Cash refund at AUSTAR PHARMA’s address: After receiving the returned product and verifying the exchange/return conditions, the company will provide a cash refund to the customer.
- Refund via bank transfer: After receiving the returned product, AUSTAR PHARMA will collect the customer’s bank account information and refund within 2-3 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, Tet).
